EFFECTIVENESS OF REHABILITATION OF SURDUSPEDAGOGICAL SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN WITH SENSORINEURAL HEARING LOSS COMBINED WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

Aim.Evaluating the effectiveness of surduspedagogical rehabilitation of sick children with sensorineural hearing loss in combination with cerebral palsy by modern methods of medical treatment, physical therapy action and serdusped- agogical rehabilitation methods, using stationary sound-amplifying device "Audio filter MT".
Materials and methods. Were examined 75 children aged from 7 to 14 years for the period of 2009-2013 in the conditions of the Regional SurduslogicalCenter.In medical, psychological and pedagogical department of the City Health Center №2 of Khujand. Were studied 41 boys (54.6%) and 34 girls (45.3%). All the patients underwent complete otorhinolaryngological examination, hearing test using tone threshold and speech audiometry, examination of and neurological status, CT and MRI of the brain, EEG was recorded, REG, EchoECG, consulting of neurologist and ophthalmologist for evidence of cerebral palsy.
Results. The results of complex course of treatment have shown that school-age children has greatly improved the motor area, normalized muscle tone, increased Personal self-service skills, the children began to take on their own hands: toys, spoons, began to move with the help of outsiders. In the course of daily surduspedagogicalactivities children gradually began to try to repeat after the teacher uttered sounds, starting with the most simple articulatory.
Conclusion. An effective surduspedagogical rehabilitation of school-age children with sensorineural hearing loss in combination with cerebral palsy is achieved by using a complex of medical treatment and new physiotherapy treatments with simultaneous surduspedagogical classes using stationary sound-amplifying device "Audio Filter-MT."

OPTIMISATION OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF DAMAGES OF A SKELETON AT PATIENTS WITH A POLYTRAUMA

The unsatisfactory results of complex treatment of skeletal injuries and injury outcomes in patients polytrauma testify to the social and economic importance. The paper analyzes the results of studying the peculiarities of the structure of multiple and associated injuries skeleton, ways to optimize the treatment of fractures on the basis of orthopedic «Damage control» of 30 trauma patients. In the structure of combined trauma of the skeleton in the 81,7% of cases, there were fractures of long bones, 36,3% – fractures of other departments, 21,3% – pelvic bones, in 5,3% of cases – fracture of the spine. Fractures of the long bones in 78,4% of cases were of indoor and 21,6% of cases – the open character. Methods of early reposition fractures in the study group used in 30,4% of the observations, delayed – 15,7%, and later – in 9,5% of cases. In the control group received digital values amounted to, respectively, of 15,4%, 11,4 per cent to 17,3 per cent. Fractures of long bones of victims of the main group in 51,8% of the observations used for conservative treatment, 48,2% – by various methods of osteosynthesis with the use of stable forms (36,5%) and methods of osteosynthesis with additional external immobilization (11,7%). -

Medical and social characteristics of women with cervical pathological processes at their different life periods

Thus, conducted research has let to provide medical and social characteristics of women of reproductive age with pathological processes of the cervix, which is represented by housewives (68.8%), repeated (37.3%) – and multiparous (39.6%), with low health index, frequent to abortion (48.8%), those who do not use barrier methods of contraception (83.1%) and those with Cancer history (10.1%). Particular at risk group for the development of pathological processes of the cervix, are sexually active adolescents, which typically have dishormonal disorders and early occurrence of inflammatory processes of the lower part of the genitals. The high frequency of hyperplastic processes in women of late reproductive age is a risk factor for precancerous cervical disease. The main factors determining the development of pathological processes in the cervical region of high fertility are: early sexual activity (22.9%), change of sexual partners (11.4%), migration (20%), low levels of awareness about healthy lifestyles.
